Customer service is available Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–8 PM WAT.

All orders are shipped quickly and efficiently via DHL (international) or FEZ Delivery (domestic).

Delivery Time Frame

Processing Time: Verification, processing, quality checks, and packaging take 3-5 business days.
Shipping Time:
- International: 5–7 business days
- Domestic (within Nigeria): 3–5 business days

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please allow 3 –7 working days for your order to be processed.
Processing time is separate from delivery time (the time it takes for the courier to deliver your order).
Some products may require an additional 1–2 working days.
During sales or high-volume periods, processing may extend to 7–10working days.
Weekends are not counted as working days.

Pre Order Items

Items marked “Pre-Order” may require 7–10 working days for processing due to sourcing, special fabrics, or production techniques.
Processing time is separate from delivery time.

THELEIDI.MMA aims to dispatch most orders within 3 –7 working days or sooner, depending on customer specifications, stock availability, and item type.

A valid contact number and email address are required for all shipments. Missing information may delay your delivery.

We will contact you via email or phone if there is any unreasonable delay with your order.

We ship within Nigeria and internationally. Delivery timelines and shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and will be communicated to you at the point of purchase.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, THELEIDI.MMA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, delivery usually takes 5–7 working days after the shipping date.

Customs Duties

Most international shipments (outside the U.S.) are subject to customs duties and taxes determined by the destination country.
These charges cannot be predicted or added at checkout because they are controlled by your local customs authority.
