RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

TERMS OF EXCHANGE / RETURNS / REFUND

At THELEIDI.MMA, we are dedicated to ensuring you love your shopping experience. That's why we set up this easy-to-follow return and exchange policy:


We value our customers and want them to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. To avoid inconvenience or delays, we recommend reviewing the Sizing Chart and Exchange/Alteration Timeline in detail before making a purchase.

If, for any reason, the purchased item does not fit well, you may email us at atheleidimma@gmail.com with your order number and sizing issue within 2 -5 days of receiving your order. We can offer an exchange for FULL-PRICE ITEMS ONLY.

Kindly note THELEIDI.MMA does not offer refunds.

Once we receive your information, a customer service representative will contact you with size options. If the item is not available in stock, we will suggest alternatives.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return your unused items for an exchange.

Please note:

  • We do not exchange items made to customers’ specific measurements.

  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • We offer free alterations, but they must be within the return/exchange time window; anything outside of the timeline will be a paid service.

For all exchanges, items must be received at our store within 2-5 working days of receiving your package.

Returned merchandise must:

  • Not to be worn, altered, or washed.

  • Include all original packaging and garment tags attached.

  • Not be purchased on sale or under special promotions, as these are final sale.

We do not accept any item showing signs of use. Such items will be returned to the purchaser.

It is advisable to return items using trusted courier companies and keep your proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will only be reimbursed in cases of damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied goods.


DAMAGED GOODS

Although we thoroughly check all items before dispatch, if you receive a damaged item, please email 📧 atheleidimma@gmail.com, or call
📞 +234 818 795 2010 within 2 business days, quoting your order number, a description of the damage, and a photo if possible.

Once we receive your request, a team member will contact you.

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and provide a new estimated dispatch date for the replacement or alteration. You will not be charged the shipping fee for the replacement item.



SALES

During sales events, we experience high order volumes, and processing time may extend to 7–14 working days.

All sales orders are final sales. We offer no returns, exchanges, or alterations for sale items.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order has been placed online, it is final. We do not offer cancellations.

 RETURN/EXCHANGE/ALTERATIONS TIMELINE

We accept returns for full-price items only:

·         2 days for orders delivered in Lagos

·         5 days for orders delivered outside Lagos

·         10 days for international orders

This also includes any alterations that need to be done on your garment.

 Return Conditions

Returned merchandise must:

·          Include original tags

·          Be returned in their original condition and packaging

 Once your return is received, we’ll process your exchange promptly and notify you via email.

Please note: Shipping and return costs are non-refundable.

 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within the following timeframes:

  • 2 days within Lagos
  • 3–5 days outside Lagos
  • 10 days for international orders

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
  • Items must be purchased using our standard size chart (custom-made pieces are not eligible)

If the timeframe has passed or the item does not meet return conditions, we cannot process the exchange.

  • All items must be returned in good condition, with labels and tags intact.
  • Please ensure you have the original invoice for validation, as returns without invoices will not be accepted.
  • We offer exchanges only; cash refunds are not provided.
  • Tailored-to-fit items cannot be returned, but we can assist with re-fitting within the 7-day window.

 

We strongly advise you to review our size guide and contact us with any questions before placing your order.

 

 Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed immediately to ensure fast delivery. While we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes, once your order has been processed for shipment, we cannot modify or cancel it.

 

THELEIDI.MMA will not be held liable for any wrong sizing sent by you.
